Are you an ambitious, strategic, and experienced fundraiser with a passion for events and relationship-building? Think you’ve got what it takes?!
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager for Events & Engagement to lead the development and delivery of One In A Million’s events and individual giving programme. You will drive innovation and excellence across a diverse portfolio of seasonal fundraising events, regular giving initiatives, and external supporter-led activities — all designed to grow income, engage supporters, and raise the profile of our charity.
- JOB TITLE: Fundraising Manager (for Events & Engagement)
- SALARY: £24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) (FT equiv. £40-45k)
- CONTRACTUAL HOURS: Part-time 22.5 hours per week* Days to be negotiated

You will play a pivotal role in growing our income streams, engaging new supporters, stewarding existing donors, and raising the profile of our charity. This is a role for a confident implementer and meticulous planner — someone who sees them through with attention to detail, structure, and professionalism. You will bring a strategic mindset and operational focus to build scalable fundraising plans that deliver measurable outcomes in support of our mission to transform the lives of children and young people living in disadvantaged communities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a values-led environment, on building high-value relationships and is comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders — from regular supporters to business leaders, HNWIs, and CEOs — converting opportunities into tangible results. You’ll collaborate closely with the Corporate Relations Executive and broader CES (Corporate, Events & Sponsorship) team to maximise fundraising potential and deliver exceptional supporter experiences in line with our values of compassion, honesty, integrity, and excellence.
