We are recruiting: Head of Fundraising, Partnerships & Business Development

One In A Million Charity are looking to appoint someone as Head of Fundraising, Partnerships & Business Development. They will provide strategic and operational leadership for One In A Million’s income generation, external partnerships and business development activity.

  • SALARY: Competitive
  • CONTRACTUAL HOURS: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • START DATE: October 2026 (or as soon as possible)
  • CLOSING DATE: Friday 18th September 2026 (midday)*
  • JOB LOCATION: One In A Million offices at Bradford City AFC, Manningham, Bradford.
  • REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
  • PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITY: CES/Fundraising Support Staff and relevant volunteers
  • BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: Fundraising, Partnerships & Business Development. Budgets as agreed with CEO
