Quantuma Pool Night Raises Over £1,800 for One In A Million Charity

We are delighted to share that Quantuma’s Annual Pool Night was a fantastic success, bringing together over 90 guests for an evening of friendly competition, networking, and community spirit – all in support of One In A Million Charity.

It was a fantastic evening, with over 90 guests creating an electric atmosphere from start to finish. The group stages and knockout rounds delivered high-quality matches, tense black-ball finishes, and competitive semi-finals that showcased the spirit, skill, and friendly rivalry of the night.

Guests were joined by special supporters from the Bradford City connected football world, including Colin Doyle, Andy Kiwomya, and Wayne Jacobs (OIAM Co-founder/ CEO).

Colin Doyle added: Quantuma put on a fantastic evening. It was great to come along to support One In A Million and join in the chat and banter with guests. Community matters, ... now more than ever for small local charities need our support”.

Congratulations to our semi-finalists:

  • Andrew Milburn – Levi Solicitors
  • Stuart Morrison – Bibby Financial Services
  • Dale Wynter – Hexa Projects
  • Ricky Landa – Hilco Global

And a huge well-done to Dale Wynter, who claimed victory after an excellent final.

A special thank you also goes to everyone who donated prizes and bought tickets for the raffle — including a signed, framed Bradford City shirt — which helped boost the total raised to over £1,800 for children and young people across Bradford.

Rehan Ahmed, Quantuma, said: “We are proud to support One In A Million and the difference they make to young people in Bradford. It was brilliant to see so many colleagues and partners come together for a great cause, and we’re thrilled the event raised such an impactful amount”.

Wayne Jacobs: “We are incredibly grateful to Rehan, Claire, and the Quantuma team for hosting such a brilliant night and choosing to support One In A Million. Events like this show the power of when business-meets-community — people coming together, having fun, and raising vital funds that help us continue our community programmes and activities with children and young people from disadvantaged communities across Bradford District”.

Thank you, Quantuma, and all the attendees, for standing with us. Together, we can make a lasting difference.
